Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the lead time for delivery? The lead time depends on many factors however it is usually between 4 and 8 weeks for new and used MedX equipment.

Who delivers the equipment? New MedX equipment must be delivered by MedX personal to meet FDA requirements. Used MedX equipment is delivered by Dave Goalder, an industry veteran.

Is a deposit required? Yes, a deposit is required. Typically the deposit is 50% and the balance is due prior or at delivery.

Is training included? A training voucher is included on New MedX Medical machines. Training is not included on used equipment however we do provide access to the worlds leading MedX educator. Core and Exercise equipment training is available for free in Southern California and we work with several "pro's" around the Country who can also provide training.

How is MedX doing? MedX has a new president, Larry Evans, and in his brief leadership MedX is on solid footing. MedX is receiving large orders from around the world.

Who provides MedX service? If you should ever have a problem please contact us directly, we will help you fix the problem. We have over 12 years of MedX service experience. Also, many times bearings and other items can be purchased from other sources. Call 24/7.
