New Equipment Warranty:

MedX directly warranties New Equipment for 5 years on all parts and 10 years on frames. 90 Days on grips, shields and upholstery. Medical machine computers are warrantied by the computer manufacture.

Used Pre-Owned Equipment Warranty:

We back our used equipment with a 5 year parts warranty on frames, and 2 years on bushing. Occassionaly some machines will be sold without a warranty or reduced warranty (due to price and age) and this will be clearly stated on quotes and final invoice. Warranty excludes upholstery, grips, and shields unless otherwise stated.
